Waterproof Wpc foam Board / Wpc Sheet

WPC Board is made by adding wood waste/ or food waste husk mixed with polyvinyl chloride(PVC) resin added with special additives at a certain ratio, and extruded at high temperature. It has the sense of wood, but it is harder,smoother and stronger. WPC boards is a premium product with high density and tougher than PVC board and it is one of the toughest board available in the market with added advantage. WPC board is the fit material for various carcass applications, where conventional system for panel marketing needs to be prepared with marine ply, HPL, Adhesive and labor. This is the easiest material for kitchen, wardrobe and bathroom furniture making, where carpenter and furniture makers can save cost of labor, time, cost of glue and cost of cutting wastages. At the same time, wood plastic composite boards can be termed as quite user friendly product, which can be available in various thickness, as per requirement. All types of screws can be easily drilled or nailed with help of conventional tools.
